A number looks wrong

This is the report that matters most — wrong numbers are treated as the most serious kind of bug. Please include: which account, what Zuren shows, what the institution's own app or statement shows, and roughly when you noticed. Never include your password, a full account number, or a card number — they are not needed and shouldn't be in email.

Take your data with you

Download portfolio export includes accounts, balances, holdings, connection status, sync history, repayment schedules, Bills (saved obligations, not payments), saved goals, radar and consent records, and your journal, spending, goal progress and review records where those features are on for you; a section for a feature that is off is marked unavailable, never shown as empty. It excludes financial profile, preferences, financial events and activities, AI records, billing records, provider credentials, operator audit records, feedback you sent with Give feedback, and your product-analytics and setup-tip choices.

Clear manual accounts

Clear manual accounts deletes manually entered accounts and their attached balance history, imports, repayment schedules and manual holdings. Spending records stay. Connected accounts and live provider connections remain active. Institution names, profile, preferences, radar, financial events and activities, AI, legal, billing and audit records remain. Contact support for account closure, provider disconnection and applicable retention.

Delete your account

Contact support to close your account; legal and audit retention may apply. Email support@getzuren.com from the address you sign in with, so the request can be matched to your account. Download your portfolio export first if you want a copy.

Sending the email does not delete anything by itself. Your Zuren account stays as it is until support confirms by email that the deletion is done.
